About this space

One room, one door, one flight of stairs. Unit 3 is a first-floor room in the Albion Buildings on Back Hill, the short slope between Clerkenwell Road and Warner Street, among jewelers, studios and small firms rather than banks. Dark timber floor, white walls, big windows, a shower in the building and entry-phone access round the clock. Ready to move into, which at this size is the whole point. Farringdon is three minutes' walk, with the Elizabeth line and Thameslink; Chancery Lane is five. Right for a handful of people who mostly need a door that locks.
