About this space

The shopfront is the reason to take this one. The ground floor at 88 Crawford Street is wide-fronted, with 3 meters from floor to ceiling and glass along the street, so it works as a showroom, a studio that wants to be seen, or an office that likes daylight. The lower ground has skylights, its own kitchenette and WCs, and is where the desks that need no audience go. Self-contained, own front door, meeting rooms in. Marylebone and Edgware Road are about seven minutes on foot, Chiltern Firehouse too. Right for a firm that wants to be found.
